Self Billing Invoices make it easier to get paid

We’ve just released Self Billing Invoices, making it easier for you to invoice Bango and get paid.

Instead of printing off purchase orders and posting them to us with your invoices, we now create both the purchase order and the invoice for you in the Management Tools. With a simple click of a button the invoice is emailed to Bango, and yourself for your records. So everything is now done electronically, no more printing or posting before you get paid.

Self Billing is available in the Bango Management Tools for all customers who are selling content via Bango. Simply visit the Financials section of the Management Tools and click ‘View money earned’. There are some basic terms and conditions you have to agree to then you can access your available statements. For each month you can view a purchase order and an invoice, if no invoice number is displayed then no invoice has been sent for that month. To send an invoice click ‘View invoice’, check the invoice details then click ‘Send invoice’. An email will be sent to the finance contact on your Bango account confirming that the invoice has been sent.

Please note that if money earned during the month is less than £50 / $50 / €50 the balance will be carried over to the next month until the minimum payment of £50 / $50 / €50 is reached.
